Shipping policy

Shipping time is estimated at 5–10 business days once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation will be sent by email or text message with your tracking number included. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@tomahok for further assistance.

For your protection, shipping addresses cannot be edited or changed once an order has been placed. Please make sure all shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

TOMAHOK® TMHK Co. is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect or invalid address once the package is in transit or marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to locate your package or file a missing package claim.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges depending on the destination country. TOMAHOK® TMHK Co. has no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
